Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

As many of the upcycled items are made from used, worn, or products repurposed for new uses, please pay attention to the specific descriptions of the product as we will make as clear as possible notable patina or items that are not in "new" condition.

Necessary Steps for return:​

1. Contact me within: 5 days of delivery

2. Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery

3. I don't accept exchanges or cancellations

4. Please contact me if you have any problems with your order prior to any return so we can work on making your purchase experience as pleasant and enjoyable as possible.
